bow arts

In 2021 Paige joined Bow Arts on the educator trainee program and trained in both Discover and Explore levels of the Arts Award and regularly delivers teacher CPD sessions. Being a freelance artist educator with Bow Arts allows her access to a vast number of creative projects that run in London schools (primary & secondary) including SEN specialist institutions.

The range of what Paige teaches is extremely varied and versatile although she does specialise in printmaking, collage, drawing, colour theory and other 2D based outcomes.

Paige will deliver short term creative delivery that ranges from 1-day workshops to much longer projects. Paige has also facilitated 7 months of art and design technology PPA cover in a primary school. She created comprehensive lesson plans that were inspiring, varied and referenced contemporary and diverse artist influences. The lesson plans were commended by the headteacher and received well by the children, resulting in exploratory and engaged sketchbooks that were underpinned with varying technical skill learned. Whilst Paige was at the school it was nominated for TES Excellence in Creative Arts Award.

In 2022 Paige became a creative mentor for a group of 16–18-year-olds as they worked towards their textile A-levels at a sixth form college.
